The 2-star Citéa Lille is located in the town centre in the Vauban quarter, a ten-minute walk from the historic centre and famous Grand Place. Many things around need a look as at less than 5 mins using the public transport or by walk there is the walk through Old Lille, particularly Palais Rihour which houses the Tourist Information Office and the "Vieille Bourse" (old Stock Exchange), the 17th-century building in Place du Général de Gaulle, Palais des Beaux Arts, the second largest museum in France after the Louvre and many more. The residence, which is fitted with all modern conveniences, has 69 rooms and suites each of which can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Each room and suite is fitted with a kitchenette with linen sheets, pans and plates provided for customers who might prefer to cook themselves, an office, large beds and a colour TV. A separate bathroom with shower give guests the impression of being on their own flat with all the independency they need. How to arrive
The hotel is located in the town centre in the Vauban quarter, a ten minutes walk from the historic centre and famous Grand Place. Situated in a very lively quarter, the hotel is surrounded by administrative centres, Grandes Ecoles and universities. Many bars, brasseries and restaurants are nearby.
By train from Lille-Flandres station take bus line 12, disembarking at Sacré Coeur and Lille-Europe station, then go to the bus station at Lille-Flandres station which is a 3-minute walk away. When travelling by bus, take line number 12A, getting off at Sacré Coeur. Take the Minibus Citadine and disembark at Jardin Vauban. By metro take Line 1, alight at République or Rihour after 10 minutes and change to Line 2, getting off at Cormontaigne. When travelling by car, take the A1 motorway in the direction of Lille and exit at the town centre. Take Boulevard Louis XIV and then Boulevard de la Liberté, turn left onto Rue Nationale and then turn right at the church into Rue Colson.
